Nature of the Service
Hiraki Labs (OPC) Private Limited, operating as Ayut, provides Ayut as a software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods. There is no courier delivery, no cash on delivery and no shipping charge.
What You Receive
When you buy a plan or pass, you receive access to Ayut through your account at https://ayut.dev, for what you bought. What each offer includes is shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
- Pro is for one developer, billed monthly or yearly.
- Team is planned and is not available yet.
- 7-day pass gives seven days of access. The seven days start when access is switched on.
Paid access lasts for the period you paid for. A monthly or yearly plan renews until you cancel. When a period ends without renewal, paid access ends.
When Access Starts
Paid access starts once our payment provider, Dodo Payments, confirms your payment. This is usually within a few minutes. Sometimes confirmation is delayed. In rare cases it can take up to 24 hours.
You will see the new access in your account. We may also send a confirmation to the email address on your account.
If your payment went through but you do not have access after 2 hours, email [email protected] with your account email and transaction ID. We will check it and fix it.
What We Support
- Web app. Today, the Ayut web app is the main way to use the Service. You need a current browser and an internet connection.
- Desktop host (preview). A Linux desktop host lets agents run on your own machine. You download it from your account after you sign in. It is a preview feature.
- Your own server (preview). Running agents on your own server is also a preview feature.
- Windows (preview). Agents can run inside WSL on Windows as a preview. A native Windows host is not available yet.
- Other systems. Other operating systems, including macOS, are not supported yet.
You are responsible for your own devices, servers, network and the software that your agents use.
Preview features are provided without uptime guarantees and may change or stop working. Planned features, such as the Team plan and Full auto, are not part of what we deliver until they are released.
AI Providers
A plan or pass does not include AI usage. You bring your own AI accounts and keys, and you pay those providers directly. Delivery of Ayut does not depend on a particular provider, but what your agents can do does. Provider outages, limits and costs are outside our control.
Availability
We aim to keep the web app available at all times, apart from maintenance and updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access can also be affected by network problems or by third-party services we rely on. We will try to give notice of planned maintenance that could affect you.
If Delivery Fails
If you paid and we do not deliver access, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you contact us, we will refund the payment in full. This applies to every purchase, including the 7-day pass. See our Refund Policy.
If a technical fault on our side stops you using a paid plan or pass for a meaningful part of the time you paid for, contact us. We will fix it, extend your access or refund the affected period.
Fees
All fees are for digital access. There are no shipping or handling fees. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. When checkout is open, it shows the final amount, including any tax the law requires, before you pay.
