What it is

The part of Ayut that lives next to your code.

The desktop app runs on your computer and starts your coding agents beside your code. The Ayut web app shows you what they are doing, so you can follow, approve and steer from any browser or your phone.

    Pick the installer for your system and save it.

    Open

    Install it, then start Ayut like any other app.

    The app opens your browser. Sign in with your Ayut account and approve the device.

System requirements
  • A 64-bit computer. The first build is a Debian and Ubuntu package (.deb) for x86-64 Linux.
  • Git, and the AI coding tools you already use, installed on that computer.
  • An internet connection and an Ayut account to sign in.
Verify your download

Every download has a SHA-256 checksum. Compute it on the file you saved and compare it with the one on this page. If they differ, do not install the file.

What the app can access

The desktop app works inside the project folders you point it at and starts the AI tools you already have. Signing in happens in your browser, so the app never sees your Ayut password. You can remove any connected computer at any time in Settings.
